Shipping

All domestic and international orders include tracking and delivery confirmation and are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.  Please contact us via e-mail shopdusksocal@gmail.com to determine if your country is eligible for international tracking and shipping.

All shipping rates are 'Flat Rates' and based on order totals and the destination.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Rates

First Class (3 to 5 business days) - Starts at $7

2 Day Priority Shipping (2 to 3 business days) - Starts at $8

International Shipping Rates

Standard International Shipping (1 to 4 weeks) - Starts at $21.00

Priority International Shipping (6 to 10 business days)- Starts at $35.00

When will my order ship?

The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days, but please allow at least  3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Please note, that due to varying demands and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.

How will my order ship?

Shipping will be fulfilled using USPS for all orders unless otherwise stated. Tracking will be automatically included for all domestic orders.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Dusk purchase, you may make a return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, under these circumstances:

  • Return shipping is post-marked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date

  • Items are unused and in its original condition

  • Items are NOT broken or cracked

  • All packaging materials are included

  • Not an item that was on sale
     

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When you ship your item for a refund or exchange, you might want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale Items (unless damaged or defective upon delivery arrival)

  • Items damaged due to your error

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution) 

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Full priced items purchased with a coupon code are not considered sale items.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery arrival.  If you need to exchange it for a similar/same item, send us an email at shopdusksocal@gmail.com.
